About the Event

Customer Service Excellence Workshop

Participants will learn how high-quality service contributes to a stronger, more welcoming community and why their role matters far beyond a single transaction. The training also includes a practical introduction to emotional intelligence, helping attendees recognize how self-awareness, empathy, and communication style directly impact customer satisfaction. In addition, participants will gain tools and strategies for managing stress, staying composed, and confidently navigating interactions with difficult or dissatisfied individuals.

 

By the end of this workshop, participants will walk away with renewed confidence, actionable skills, and a deeper understanding of the powerful role customer service plays in creating positive community connections.
